Full-time tenure early childhood/elementary special education faculty position in the College of Education. The faculty member will teach undergraduate and graduate courses and should have familiarity with NYS Learning Standards, and CAEP Accreditation.
- Earned doctorate by an accredited university by August 22, 2022, in early childhood or elementary special education
- Minimum of two years teaching experience in early childhood or elementary special education as a credentialed teacher (PreK-6th grade)
- Evidence of a scholarly agenda related to early childhood and/or elementary special education
- Ability to interact and work effectively with culturally diverse students, staff, and colleagues
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and designing online courses
- Ability to advise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students. Ability to contribute to the University, the Western NY community, and the profession through service and outreach projects and activities
